- Returns must be postmarked back to 1113 Closet within 5 business days from the original delivery date.
- Pre-paid return labels are not provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or smoke. If an item does not meet the original condition, it will be rejected and returned to the sender, and no store credit will be issued.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for returned items; store credit only will be provided.
- A 17% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
- Our return department has sole discretion over the approval of returns, and their decisions are final. Please be mindful of the expiration date for store credit..

Non Returnable Items
- Health and sanitary restrictions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, intimate apparel, or intimate items. These are final sale.
- Sale items, special-priced items, clearance items, doorbusters, and double returns are final sale.
- Special occasion and crystal collection items are also final sale due to their delicate nature.
- Rhinestone dresses are considered delicate, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for these items.
Store Credits Expiration
- Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
Return Processing Time
- Please allow 10-15 business days for processing your return due to potential delays. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Return Instruction
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ensure all items are returned in original condition, including tags, paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Include your original invoice or your order number, billing name and address, and a reason for return on a separate piece of paper.
- Write the reason for return on the back of the invoice.
- Retain your return tracking number to monitor the status of your return. Please note that Nalu Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
